Blockout fabrics provide the ultimate privacy both day and night. Touch Blinds blockout fabrics are available in range of monochromatic shades and contemporary textures.

Light Filtering fabrics provide medium to high levels of privacy, but do not provide complete blockout. Light filtering fabrics are available in a range of opacities and textures providing a delicate filtered light.

Sunscreen fabrics provide good day time privacy, but low night time privacy. This factor, along with the specific openness factor of the sunscreen should be kept in mind when selecting a sunscreen product.

Roller blinds are ideal for a wide range of applications, and work particularly well where window ledge space is at a premium; namely bathrooms and kitchens. Quite simply, they are a sheet of fabric which is stamped into an aluminium barrel. The fabric then rolls up and down from the barrel. At Expression, we only use aluminium as the barrel material, many companies supplying cheaper roller blinds will use cardboard which can sag and have an extremely limited life time.

Roller blinds work on a simple sidewinder mechanism, that allows the user to sit the blind at the ideal height. These sidewinders are available in a range of colours, to blend in perfectly with the surface they are fitted to.
