A continuous inflow of material to be dried into the Hot Air –stream is the principle of Flash drying . An I.D. Fan is used to induce the Hot Gases from the Furnace into the Mixer of Hot air and the material . This stream while passing through the vertical column suspend (fluidize) the wet material and dried material is collected into the cyclone .
