Executives are the backbone of any organization, as they are the ones who execute its objectives. In the same sense, nurses are the executives of a hospital. Such an essential nursing department in our Narayani Hospital consists of around 150 staff nurses who dedicate themselves to the patient care and do selfless service, round the clock. There are as many as 15 departments under nursing care, each headed by a skilled supervisor. Apart from this, our hospital has 5 exclusive wards like Casualty, ICU, CCU, NICU and Neuro ICU, being monitored by a team of nurses with specialized knowledge, led by an experienced Supervisor, each. The casualty functions with the patients & nurses ratio of 1:2, while the other 4 Intensives have the ratio.
