Demonstrates the ability of the room To remove the particulate by purging the area with Filtered air and than the room can change from a dirty to clean state with in specified time.

This test is carried out to check the Hepa filter media Integrity leak test by using aerosol generator (Aerosol Media DOP or PAO) Die octa Pethalate or puly Alfa define and photometer, Compressed air or Nitrogen gas at 20 to 30 PSI Pressure having 10-15 CFM airflow capacity require to generate. The aerosol at upstream port of Hepa filter. We check Upstream concentration before scanning the filter.

To measure the airflow velocity across the filter, room Air volume, number of air changes ,check the differential pressure inside the clean room as well equipment used. 
Instrument Used :
1) Fan type handheld battery operated Anemometer
model No.: AM-4201, Range 0.4 - 30.0 M/sec 2). 
2) Hot wire type Hand held battery operated Anemometer
MODEL No: AM-4204, 0.2-20.0 M/sec 3).

Filter inside the clean rooms well clean room equipment to determine the air flow direction is positive laminar as per design. 
Instrument Used:
i). Titanium Techtra chloride for Generating the smoke
ii)Alternatively :- Smoke generator (fogger) imported which
works on single phase power supply having food grade aerosol
used to generate the adequate smoke,.

We calibrate the Magnehelic Gauges for differential pressure measurement. 
Instrument used.
1) Digital handheld differential pressure manometer calibrator
having range 10 to 500 MMWC Battery operated. 
2) Calibration test pressure pump to generate the differential pressure. 
3) Comparison Test Pump.

By using digital handheld battery operated lux meter. Range 0 to 50,000 Lux,
