Jute Core Rope & Leey Ply, Dry or Pre-Lubricated, are necessary in making of a Wire Rope, to give support and to keep in place the outer wire strands during rope manufacturing process. It provides to the wire strands, a soft and adjustable spongy base, thus preventing distortion and deformation, resulting into creation of a perfect rope which muffles all over a sheave.

Pre-Lubricated Jute Core does very well as it holds the oil that is needed to lubricate and protect Steel Rope from inside, which is not possible by any other way. Further, it releases the oil evenly over time, ensuring a longer life for the Wire Rope.

Climbing Rope is mainly used for Physical Training purpose for Jawans of Military and Para-Military forces. Climbing on the Rope and getting down is an excellent exercise to keep fitness at high level. This exercise can be performed “Quickly - Individually - Any time”, as the infrastructure kept ready (fixed) at Training Centers, which makes it most convenient and this is the best part of it. Because of its usefulness this exercise is very much popular now a days.

Available in 2 varities:

(1) Sisal Rope – Dry, White in colour, made of “Machine Spun” fine yarns of very strong eco-friendly hard natural fibres.

(2) Manila Rope – Oil treated (Tarred), Golden in colour, made of “Machine Spun” fine yarns of very strong eco-friendly hard natural fibres.

SIZE:

The preferred size for Training / Climbing exercise is 40 mm or 1.1/2” Dia. (127 mm or 5” Cir.). However, some are using 36 mm Dia. Rope too. But for a perfect grip 40 mm Dia. Rope is good & most convenient.

Both, Manila Rope & Sisal Rope are most suitable for climbing purpose because these are brawny and coarse, hence safe to use as it provides coherent and reliable knots and a safe grip during the exercise. This quality alone, makes these ropes far better than Plastic group Ropes like PP and Nylon etc. which are too much slippery and it is hard to put a reliable knot. Moreover, our Ropes are made of “Machine Spun” thin, even & fine yarns, resulted into quite smooth surface of Rope, providing a pleasant exercise experience.
