The Company was originally promoted by P.Ranganayaka Murthy and G.Druga Prasad. Subsequently, the Board of the company was expanded to induct the persons of repute and also having expertise in manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals so that the company can have the benefit of optimization of resources under their guidance. However, it is apt to mention that the company is proposing to diversify. The Company has also finalized selection and appointment of key personnel who will be associated in day to day affairs. In due course, the experts will be inducted into the board at an appropriate time. The back ground of the promoters/key personnel is as under.

N.SURENDER:

He is the Managing director of the Company looking after day to day affairs and overall control of management of the company and possesses about two decades of experience in the related industry.

With his vast and rich experience, he has excelled in the drugs and pharmaceuticals business and is having forward vision and great future outlook. He is the person who has envisaged the expansion cum diversification project and is the backbone of company.
It is proposed that he will control the day to day company management, finance and marketing departments.

G.HANUMANTH RAO:

A Pharmacy graduates of the year 1980 and is a successful entrepreneur and industrialist. He has to his credit technical and marketing experience of about three decades in the lines with which the company is associated. His knowledge and experience is an asset to the company for implementing the avowed expansion cum diversification project.
