This mixed-use development located in Ballygunge, Calcutta, consists of over 9,000 square meters of offices, boutique retail, and a restaurant. The building is nine stories high around a dramatic central atrium with the boutique shopping located on the lower two levels.

Concept Designs for the reception areas of the Magnolias residential development for DLF, Indias largest property developer. The design is a concept design to be implemented across all the receptions in the development.

Studio DRA were invited to prepare a concept design for the conversion of an existing building into a marketing centre. This is to be used for product launches, and staff and stockist product training. The building incorporates various branded display areas, a demonstration kitchen, and auditorium and conferencing facilities.

Studio DRA were comissioned to design the Interiors for the various Villa types, including the show villa which will be used for marketing for Wave Estate. This is a 135 acre residential developement located in Mohali adjacent to Chandigarh. Studio DRA also provided the full Masterplanning and Architecture services for the project.

Concept Design proposals for a 38,000ft2 marketing centre for a 40 million ft2 development WAVE City Center. The two level building integrates architecture interior design exhibition design and branding.
