An international design competition for the redevelopment of this Finnish town's dis-used industrial waterfront. The scheme generates 300,000 square meters of mixed use development and a new public square with cafe socity on a modified shoreline to face southwest into the afternoon sun. The proposal put forward Seven Goals for Satamalahti: Slow Down | Eliminate Entropy | Indoor-Outdoor Lifestyle | Live on the Lake | Inclusive Exclusivity | Contextual Architecture | Build on the Past in the Present and for the Future.

Nestled at the base of the historic vineyards of Castle Melnik, Prince Jiri Lobkowicz has created a truly exceptional combined-use development in the Czech Republic. The golf course and hotels are flanked by two new village communities of the highest standards, combining traditional values with modern functionality. Every aspect of the approximately 1,100 new residents health, happiness, and well-being is being considered; with seasonally changing flora, well-defined, discreet public and private spaces, and active and passive leisure activities.

The railyard is dis-used and creates a large vacuum in the centre of the city fabric. Previous shemes for the site have required large scale infrastructure investments. This scheme is designed to break the 25 hectare site down into smaller sites that can be taken forward at a variety of paces. This will create cash flow as quickly as possible while still maintaining value for the larger parcels.

Domestic tourism is the major income of this Greek Island town. The waterfront is at the heart of this. It welcomes people off the ferry, feeds and entertains them, and is the gateway to one of the major cathedrals of Greece.

The project is for the preparation of a Masterplan for a Business and Light Industrial Park for the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructural Development Corporation on a 150 acre site in west Delhi. The site is located close to major road and rail infrastructure. The 700,000m2 development will include offices, light industrial units, IT and Research buildings with support facilities including shops, restaurants, a medical centre and a training facility.

Invalidovna is a mixed development of 25 hectares in central Prague on a former industrial brownfield site on the banks of the River Vlatava. It is the largest development site in central Prague and will be realised over different phases and a number of phases. The first phase is now under construction. The development consists of over 375,000 m2 of mixed uses including apartments and offices with a small quantum of retail and services. The site is particularly well served by public transport with two adjacent metro stations as well as tram and bus lines.

This proposal for a multidisciplinary University in Iraq is located on a spectacular site on the banks of the historic Tigris River. The 165 Ha. site is proposed to ultimately house up to 970,000 m2 of accommodation. This accommodation will include Faculty buildings, university administration and central facilities, student accommodation, sports facilities and a central Mosque all delivered in a number of phases.

Wye Agricultural College was merged with Imperial College London and its campus in the village of Wye in Kent is being closed down. This leaves a number of large development sites in and around the village to be considered strategically and a Masterplan prepared to integrate the proposals with their surroundings and maximise development potential in this very environmentally sensitive location. The locations requiring strategic redevelopment proposals include a school dating back over 500 years.

A 142 Ha. Masterplan for a residential township in Greater Delhi. The residential community proposed is for a mixture of villas and middies apartment buildings together with community facilities, primary and secondary schools, retail, and other neighbourhood amenities for this community.

Wave Estate, is a 135 acre residential development located in Mohali adjacent to Chandigarh. Construction started in September 2012. The development consists of neighborhoods of large villas and three Apartment communities, as well as associated clubhouses, retail and leisure facilities. A guiding principal in the design has been to take advantage of the site's location an it's sweeping views towards the nearby Shivlak Hills and the Himalyan foothills.

The plan is a series of alternating wedges that face the public arrival zone and the more secluded wild meadow at the rear of the buildings. In the city, the courtyard block is used to give a semi-private escape from the surrounding streets. This typology is used at the front of the site along the street. However, this typology is reversed further in to the site to provide a square for arrival that is the captured space and to subsequently allow the buildings to face out at the rear into the open space of the wild meadows. This provides a sense of arrival.

This Executive Airport is in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The purpose of a masterplan for this facility would be two-fold. The first goal is to identify the development opportunities and structure a phased growth plan for their achievement. These sites should generally be within the ownership of the airport, but land acquisition targets should also be identified. The second is to improve the quality of the public realm as well as the building stock.

The Masterplan is for a site of 1250 hectares on the site of a former airbase in eastern Baghdad with river frontage onto the Tigris - Al Dijla. The design proposes over 70,000 apartments and villas, offices, hotels, a large leisure park, sports stadium, hospital, major regional shopping centre, schools, and many other ancillary uses all unified by over 130 Ha of central gardens and sports grounds.
