This mixed-use development located in Ballygunge, Calcutta, consists of over 9,000 square meters of offices, boutique retail, and a restaurant. The building is nine stories high around a dramatic central atrium with the boutique shopping located on the lower two levels. The building's primarily stone facade with deeply recessed windows acknowledges the need to address a sustainable, efficient, and passive approach to the city's hot and humid climate.

A new 32,000m2 office building in the City of London for major City institutional and financial services occupiers. Designed by one of the Principals whilst at a previous practice, StudioDRA were appointed by the contractor as part of their technical design review of the original design and assisted in developing the construction sequencing to maximise construction efficiency as part of their successful tender process. One of four architectural practices shortlisted for the new Financial Hub Tower as the centrepiece of the new financial district of New Town. The tower comprises a 50 level 130,000m2 development of offices, with retail and hotel uses. A central atrium floods the centre of the offices with light, and the tower contains a number of planted sky garden levels, with restaurants and amenity space for building users. At the upper levels a 200 bed business hotel and spa wrapped around its own atrium is topped by a sky lounge and helipad. To avoid deep basements due to the high water table parking is accommodated in a separate parking structure.

Interior Design and Facade Design for a new 42 level serviced apartment tower at WAVE City Center Sector 37 Noida. The tower forms one of the first phases of the 40 million ft2 development. Currently under construction.

This modern 117,575 sq ft building is an individual Green rated building satisfying the international standards in terms of services and facilities. Since the proposed building is an ecologically sensitive area, particular care has been made to design with minimum site intervention.
