ISO 13485 is designed to be used by organizations involved in the design, production, installation and servicing of medical devices and related services. It can also be used by internal and external parties, such as certification bodies, to help them with their auditing processes.

Certification to ISO 13485

Like other ISO management system standards, certification to ISO 13485 is not a requirement of the standard, and organizations can reap many benefits from implementing the standard without undergoing the certification process. However, third-party certification can demonstrate to regulators that you have met the requirements of the standard. ISO does not perform certification.

The Special Addition Duty (SAD) is the duty paid on the imported goods. The trader who import those goods can claim for the refund after the sale of those goods. We help our clients in getting SAD refunds under notification 102/2007dated 14.02.2007 from Custom Department whetherthat refund belongs to an existing or an old file. • Form of Refund Application
• Calculation / Worksheet for refund
• Self-Declaration/ undertaking
• All original challans evidencing payment of Vat with details of invoices.
• Original Charted Accountant Certificate (By statutory Auditor)
• Duplicate Bill of Entry (Importer’s Original-Copy)
• Original TR-6 Challan for payment of Custom Duty.
• Copies of purchase invoice & bill of lading.
• List containing invoice nos. & amount of VAT/CST paid on imported goods for which refund is claimed.
• Authority Letter.
• Copy of notification No. 102/2007-Customs dated 14.09.2007
• Original VAT/CST deposited certificate issued by the VAT Department.Original VAT/CST deposited certificate issued by the VAT Department.
• Self-attested photocopy of Agreement in case of High seas sales (if any).
• Self-attested Duplicate/Carbon Copies of Sales Invoices (B/E No. must be mentioned on the Sales Invoices and following stamp must be their on the sales invoices)
