HQ UV JET Ink is a multipurpose UV cured ink offering good media compatibility, including Hips Styrene, ABS Styrene and Polycarbonate, Pressure Sensitive vinyl and PVC, with a great colour gamut and good curing on multiple printer platforms including both roll to roll and rigid applications. The HQ UV JET Ink also offers great reliability and excellent image quality with only the most robust pigment chemistries being used to ensure the best possible outdoor durability.

UV CURABLE INK???The UV-curable ink??is cured and adhered to the media or substrate by UV radiation. The print is already dried when it comes out of the printer, allowing a short delivery request to be met. Printing on non-absorbent materials, including plastic, glass, and metal, is available.DAYU UV Curable ink has low-viscosity version (compatible with Epson DX5/7, Ricoh GH2220, Xaar1201) and mid-vicosity version (Ricoh MH5420/MH5220, Fujifilm Samba GMA33/GMA99, Kyocera). It is NVC free ink for high resolution piezo inkjet heads, suitable for a variety of application on both rigid and flexible substrates. Curable by both LED and Mercury lamps. The color components of the ink are directly cured and adhered to the media or substrate by UV radiation, and the ink emits very low levels of VOC (volatile organic carbon). The LED (light-emitting diode) light does not radiate short wavelengths that generate ozone. Use of DAYU UV-curable ink demonstrates consciousness about the environment and the health of users.
