Supply and Installation of Factory Made Modular kitchen (Type-2) for Staff Residences Kitchen as per schematic drawings. Vendor shall prepare a detailed shop drawing considering actual site dimensions with provision for all required services (Eg. Electrical, Plumbing, Gas, Chimney Exhaust,etc..) The Kitchen shall comprise the following items: a. Plywood: BWP Grade Architect Ply as per IS-710 (Greenply, Century) b. Laminate: Shutter: 1.0 mm High Gloss Laminate. Insife: 0.8 mm Laminate c. Cabinets - Required Cabinets as per Drawing. d. Partition covering kota stone: 6mm ply with 0.8mm laminate on outside d. Drawer System - NOVA Sleek/DWD GRASS including all accessories. e. Hardwares: Soft Close hardwares from Sleek/ Hettich / Blum. f. Drawer storage organizer:Plain Tray, Cutlery Tray, Anti Slip mat in all drawers and cabinets, Rount DustBin, Cargo Plus Thali. All items are from Hettich. g. Profile Handle for shutters and drawers: Aluminum Profile handle (G Type) from Hettich as selected by Architect All shutters shall have PVC Edge Bands on all four sides. Finish of PVC Edge band shall as per architects selection. The modular kitchen shall have a 5 Years Warantee against Manufacturing defect. The work shall be complete including all the required accessories for fixing the kitchen at site as per drawing
