In order to carry out a streamlined work flow, we have built a breakthrough infrastructure. This is spread across a sprawling land area and is divided into various sub units for uninterrupted activities. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with all the requisite machinery for the production of supreme products. It has a monthly capacity in excess of 8,000 MT. We aim to achieve a monthly capacity in excess of 12,000 MT very soon with our expansion plans. Furthermore, our R & D department helps us in bringing about improvisation in the manufacturing process and the product range. Following are the sub units of our infrastructure:

We have dedicated an entire unit for the research and development activities at our infrastructure. This unit takes charge of the fostering technological advances in wire technology. Our experts put in their 100 per cent in order to develop higher quality products by bringing innovations in the manufacturing process. We have also been able to develop a unique galvanizing technology, which results in a highly corrosion resistant zinc coating. This process has led to greater resistance to corrosion than the traditional galvanizing processes.

Our firm is in the advanced stages of implementing an electro-magnetic wiping process, utilizing a dross free flux system, and manufacturing Galfan wires, each of which is a first in India. Owing to the joint efforts of our team, we have positioned ourselves as leaders in the manufacture of environmentally friendly (lead and acid free) galvanizing processes.
