Our company had been functioning in the name of “M.M TECHNOCHEMS” since 2004. The company was restructured & reformed as “TECHNOCHEM PROJECTS AND TECHNOLOGIES” in 2013.
We are engaged in the Development, Design, Supply, Erection, Construction and Commissioning of Sugar plants, Solid Jaggery plants, Jaggery Powder plants, Candy sugar plants and many more from a mini capacity to a large one. We have successfully executed more than 20 green field projects on turnkey basis in India, Tanzania, Kenya & Uganda.
We also under take the modification/ modernization and up gradation of operational / sick units thru automation to ensure minimum down time and operation with minimum man power which interned improve quality constancies and at to the profitability of the plant operation.
Apart from all these conventional products and technology, we also engaged ourselves in to the research and development of new technology relating to the byproducts of cane sugar and final molasses of cane sugar factory, We have developed prototype plants for Jaggery byproducts & Wax extraction from Sugar cane mud and shell introduce the same after commercially viable plant can be design and duly patented.
Our philosophy of project planning and management is based on EPC (Engineering, Project execution and Construction Management) Concept. We can undertake and execute any new project from its conceptual stage to commissioning. All other activities such as conceptualization of the project, Design, Engineering, Project Planning, Procurement of the Bought out and Sub Contracted items, Project intermigration, Manufacturing of our Proprietary items and supply of equipment are under taken by our company.
We have our own in-house quality inspection team to regularly monitor and inspect the manufacturing activity as well as quality assurance as per our standard for our own manufactured items as well as sub contractual item. We also under take projects with third party inspection appointed by our esteemed client if the same has been discussed and mutually agreed upon by us. Please note that all expenses the visit of the third party inspection team/ inspector shell be to customers account. We and our sub-contractor shall provide the required inspection facility at their factory site provided the inspection process/ test details are highlighted in depth by the inspection agency/ plant well in advance.
