Tejas Telecommunication is a Mumbai based partner of Brightstar India for cloud solutions. One of its customer: WayBeyond Media , Mumbai is a niche social enterprise which is working in the health and wellness sector to percolate important health related messages related to motherhood and parenting. It operates display screen at multiple hospitals, clinics and other similar places for communicating with target auidences using a state of art CMS system. WayBeyond currently operates 2 seats outsourced call center which it is planning to shift to a in-house call center of 4-5 people. The call center agents will handle inbound and manual outbound calls for which it is evaluating  a cloud based call center.  Currently no CRM integration is being planned and IVR scripts if any will be static without any Database connectivity.  Recording of calls is also not a requirement currently but should be available if required in future.
