She has expertise of driving revenue streams and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.
She is part of the core leadership team with specific responsibility for Hotel Operations.
She is a qualified Hotel Management graduate from IHM Pusa and holds an MBA degree from S.P Jain Institute. With a career spanning over two decades, Anshu has previously worked with the Taj Group of Hotels across various facets of operations including General Management, Food & Beverage and Accommodations. She was also associated with Kingfisher Airlines as Vice President – Commercial wherein she was responsible for Distribution, the Guest Loyalty Program and Kingfisher Holidays. Under her leadership, Kingfisher's loyalty program was the fastest growing loyalty program with over 2 million members and won 11 international awards for the airline. She has also attended Management Development Programs at IIM-BLR and TMTC. The personal side of Anshu holds interest in avid reading, traveling and love & care for animals.

Sanjay is a Hotel Management graduate from IHM Pusa and a Certified Hotel Administrator from the American Hotel Association. His academic knowledge from AHMA, Cornell, XLRI and IIM-B opened new ways of thinking which helped develop his entrepreneurial flair. In 2006, Sanjay quit his senior position at The Taj Group to set up Berggruen Hotels in partnership with Berggruen Holdings, New York. His competencies in hotel operations, finance, marketing, design and development led to the creation of a value budget brand that delivers upscale amenities. A stickler for perfection, he handpicked the management team to take his vision to a national platform
If there's a CFO who knows how to stay ahead of growing challenges and demands, it is Vikas. A qualified Charted Accountant from the Institute of Charted Accountants of India and Cost Accountant from ICWAI, he has over 17 years experience in finance, business planning and strategy and has worked extensively with start-up ventures, focussing on their turnaround and profitability enhancement.
Vikas's strength lies in financial planning and business strategy along with fund raising, evaluating acquisition opportunities, implementing robust financial systems and controls and optimizing stakeholder value. His networking strengths keep him in touch with new strategies and solutions and his passion for tennis and cricket helps him keep his eyes on the ball.
