How we do it?

We formulate, communicate and implement a strategic restructuring and turnaround plan that works for the business and its owners.

Our skilled turnaround & restructuring consultants, as agents of necessary change, first take a careful assessment of the degree of distress by getting their “hands around the business” and mapping out the turnaround strategy.

At the end of the assessment we present the Board and management with our unwashed, independent view of the company as well as a broad strategy of turnaround and/or restructuring steps and/or alternatives.

This is often an uncomfortable process.
