Jay Kulkarni founded Theorem in 2002 and managed it from a four person startup to a company with over 200 global employees and dozens of clients sustaining hyper growth year over year. Theorem is a pioneer in offering ad operations, search operations and specialized technology and analytical services to digital marketers. Theorem incubated and launched Theorem Analytics™, an innovative solution to gather data from disparate online campaigns. Jay is a veteran in the online advertising space having launched products that are leaders in the online industry today. As one of the earliest employees at DoubleClick, Jay headed up product management for their advertiser solutions, taking DART for Advertisers product from white board concept to over $25 million in revenue within two years. Later, he was responsible for the DARTmail platform managing both organic product development, technology integration through two mergers and managing teams across North America.
Jay Kulkarni founded Theorem, Inc. in 2002.
Over the last ten years, Kulkarni has been the driving force behind the move to profitability and the company's extraordinary expansion, producing products and services that have become the standard in the online industry today, such as theorem analytics and Theorem creations.
Kulkarni is published by several leading online publications and is a veteran of the conference speaking circuit, frequently participating in panels at OMMA and Ad:Tech.
Prior to founding Theorem, Kulkarni was one of the earliest employees at DoubleClick where he headed up product management for advertiser solutions and e mail platforms.

Jack brings over 15 years of sales and sales management experience working with start-up and emerging technology companies in the software and technology space. Before joining Theorem in 2005, Jack worked as regional sales manager at open network technologies, business development manager at NSW, and vice president of sales at MD on-line where he specialized in building and managing teams that led to significant growth during his tenure. Jack leads Theorem's domestic sales team, manages key relationships, and works on company strategy in order to expand Theorem's presence in the rapidly growing and changing online marketplace.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and is actively involved in many industry conferences and events.Marcus Harding, Managing Director, Europe
Marcus Harding joined Theorem in 2008 when he was appointed to set up and open the UK offices based out of London. Having worked in advertising for over 10 years, and digital online media for over 6 years, Marcus joined with a wealth of experience and high level industry contacts. His responsibilities include the delivery of the region's annual new business development revenue target, promotion of the Theorem brand and services within Europe and the day to delivery of operations and client services to all existing clients. Since his arrival, Theorem has become a leader of digital media operations in the UK market and continues to grow. Through a combination of persistence, local knowledge and hard work, he has managed to establish the company in a highly competitive and important digital market.
Marcus has a Bachelor Degree in Geography from the University of Manchester, UK and various industry qualifications including certificates in Strategic & Conceptual selling and Digital Marketing.+ Read More
