    How do I make a payment for a TopTomato purchase?

    We accept Cash at the time of delivery. Once you receive the order, please check all products. After you are satisfied that the products delivered are correct, you make payment in cash to our delivery executives. Please note that we do not accept food coupons.

    Does TopTomato support Credit/ Debit cards?

    Currently, we do not support Credit/ Debit cards. However, we are working on adding Net Banking, Credit and Debit Card options very soon.

    Is there a credit policy for subscription?

    TopTomato does not offer a credit policy for subscriptions. Payments for your orders has to be made on the respective day of delivery.

    What is TopTomato replacement policy?

    We follow a “no questions asked replacement guarantee” at delivery point.  At the time of delivery, if you find any discrepancies in your order or product damages, our delivery executives will take back the damaged product and adjust the order value accordingly. However, if you miss checking your order at the time of delivery and later find a damaged product, please contact our customer care within 7 days. The damaged product will be taken back and a replacement will be delivered to you immediately.

    Please note that the following are not eligible for our replacement guarantee:

            Damages due to misuse of product
            Consumable items which have been opened/ used
            Any product that is returned without the items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

    Till when can I cancel/ modify an order on TopTomato?

    Toptomato closes the receipt of orders and modification of orders on 4 p.m. of every day for same day evening and next day morning slots. This would mean for example that after 4 p.m. of 5th September, the following slots would no longer be editable:

        5th September - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - not editable
        5th September - 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. - not editable
        6th September - 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. - not editable
        6th September - 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. - not editable
        6th September - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. onwards all slots - Editable

    How are the TopTomato orders delivered?

    All TopTomato orders are packed in baskets before delivery. Food products are packed separately from household products. We have our own logistics network to deliver the orders to your doorstep.

    What are the delivery charges?

    We charge a minimal convenience charge of Rs 20 for delivery. We have a minimum order value of INR 100 for an order delivery.

  • What is the Toptomato shopping list?

The Toptomato shopping list is a great way to save time and simplify your shopping experience. The Toptomato shopping list allows you to quickly shop for the items in your grocery list. Just copy your shopping list and paste it in the “Use Shopping List” box. Alternately, you can also type your shopping list in the “Use Shopping List” box provided. Then click on the “Search All option”

Results for all the items in your shopping list will be displayed as shown below. Click on the item name to see the results for that particular item. Select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the Shopping Basket icon below the product.

  • Can I add items from my Shopping List to my Subscription?

Yes, you can add items from your Shopping List to your Subscription.

    • Paste your shopping list in the “Use Shopping List” Box and click on Search All option
    • Search results for all items will be displayed on the screen
    • Select the desired product for each item
    • Click on the “Delivery” dropdown menu and select your desired frequency of delivery
    • Click on the Shopping Basket icon and the product will be added to your subscription

The Sort By and Choose Brands options enable you to refine your Search results.
The Sort By option gives you the option to arrange your search results in the following ways:

    When do I make payments for the one-time orders?

    You pay for your one-time orders on the day it is delivered to you. The amount charged for each subscription delivery will reflect the price of the items on the day it is delivered to you.

    How do I modify (add or subtract items) to my one-time order?

    To modify an existing one-time order, you need to follow the following steps:

            Go to the My Orders tab in the top menu bar
            Click on "Edit One-Time Order" option in the drop down menu
            You would be displayed a list of one-time orders. Select on the required order using the date displayed next to the radio button.
            To edit the quantity of an item, use the drop-down menu available for quantity field.
            To remove an item, click on the remove button in the last column of the table
            To add an item to the same order, click on the "Add an item" button below the table and search for the required product.

    You are allowed to edit orders upto 4 p.m. on any day for same day evening and next day morning slots. Slots beyond next day morning slots are freely editable.

    How do I check when are my one-time orders due to be delivered?

    To check the delivery dates of your one-time orders:

            Go to the My Orders tab in the top menu bar
            Click on “Edit Delivery Dates” option in the drop down menu
            A calendar will be displayed with the delivery dates of one-time orders colored in purple.

    You can view the delivery dates of your One Time Orders for the next six months

    How do I choose the delivery slot of my subscription?

    After you have added the items to your One-time and Subscription Cart, click on the “Checkout” button above the Shopping Carts. The Order Summary for the One time deliveries will initially be displayed. Choose your desired date and the time slot for your delivery and click on Next to confirm. The one-time orders will be delivered to you on your desired date within your desired slot.

    Can I have different one-time orders for same date ?

    We follow a delivery policy of “One Slot per day for One Customer” for one-time orders. This means that you can only have one slot per day for your one-time deliveries.

    How do I change the Delivery Date/ Slot of my one-time orders?

    To change the Delivery Date/Slot of your one-time orders,

            Go to My Orders tab in the top menu bar
            Click on the Edit Delivery option
            A calendar will be displayed with your delivery slots marked in purple. The calendar shows your one-time order delivery slots for the next 6 months.

    You can edit your contact details by going to the My Account tab in the top menu bar.

        In the My Account dropdown menu, you will find the “Edit Contact Info” option.

    How do I change my account password?

    You can change your account password by going to the My Account tab in the top menu bar.

        In the My Account dropdown menu, click on the “Change Password” option.
        Enter your current password followed by your new password
        Click on “Change” to confirm new password

    The My Account option is available only when you are signed into the Toptomato.in website.

    How do I change my notification settings?

    The My Account tab in the homepage gives you the option to update your notification settings. Go to My Account tab and click on “Notification Settings”. Then click on the appropriate notifications as per your requirements.

    I forgot my account password….need help?

    In case you forget your password, you can request for a new password:

        Enter your email id in the box provided in the upper right hand corner
        Click on “Forgot Password” below the Password option
        You will receive an automated email with a link to reset your password
