Tyre Sealer manufacturer of tyre safety sealants, our products are suitable for a vast range of applications from road going vehicles to all aspects of off road plant and equipment, which operate in harsh and hazardous working environments where tyre related issues are a common problem.
Tyre Sealer was developed back in 1994 and undertook several years of research and development. To which was conducted within the working environment in various sections of industry to create a product that actually works and eliminates costly equipment downtime due to tyre related issues.
In 1998 the company was approached to put the product forward for an award for tyre safety, back in 1998 the product was granted the DTI Smart Award for tyre safety.

About Us
We are confident with the quality of our product that it will last the legal tread or service life of the tyre. Our product is not effected by heat so therefore it will not separate or break down within the tyre over a period of time like inferior products available on the market. Drivesafe tyre sealant products are fibre free as fibre based products tend to bind together and ball up within the tyre resulting in poor sealing capabilities of the product, Drivesafe tyre sealant products use recyled tyre crumb of various grades, this avoids the rubber crumb bonding itself to the inner lining of the tyre under heat.
Tyre Sealer Tubeless Car Tyre sealant product is designed for vehicles such as cars, motorbikes, scooters, vans, commercials, mini buses and so on.
Heavy Duty Tyre Sealant is suitable for all aspects of off road plant and equipment from small implement wheels, ride on lawn mower tyres. Heavy Duty PLUS+ product is also suitable for use in TUBED tyres such as small agricultural and bicycles through to heavy loaders and dumpers.
Some existing users are still benefiting from having the product previously installed some 5 years ago on various pieces of equipment and have seen a substantial reduction on tyre expenditure within that period of time, along with equipment downtime due to tyre related issues. Our product is environmentally friendly and if needs be can be washed out with just water. Our product has no adverse effect upon the tyre as it can be repaired to industry standards.
