VOMIKIND SYRUP contains Ondansetron which belongs to a group of medicines called Anti-emetics. VOMIKIND SYRUP is used to prevent nausea and vomiting in children caused by cancer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery.

Before giving VOMIKIND SYRUP, to your child, inform your doctor if your child have or had severe constipation, heart problems, liver, kidney problems, imbalance with the levels of salts in your blood, (potassium, sodium, and magnesium), or have been scheduled for any surgery. During the therapy, your doctor would regularly monitor your child’s health to avoid the risk of side effects.

Your doctor will prescribe the right dose and duration depends on the child’s age, body weight and health condition, so stick to the dose, time, and duration prescribed by the doctor.  Minor and temporary side effects may be experienced after the intake of this medicine. These includes headache, flushing and constipation.

Generally, these effects subside once the child’s body adapts to the medicine. However, in case of prolonged or bothersome events, consult your doctor immediately without any delay. Inform your doctor about your child’s complete medical history including any previous episodes of allergies.

ASTHAKIND P DROPS is a combination of Ambroxol, Guaiphenesin and Terbutaline which belongs to the group of medicines called Mucolytics, Expectorant and Beta agonists respectively. ASTHAKIND P DROPS is used in the relief of cough associated with bronchitis, bronchial asthma, emphysema, and other bronchopulmonary disorders where bronchospasm, mucous plugging and problems of expectoration co-exist (lung and airway diseases that have excessive and thick mucus formation, swelling and inflammation of airways, making it difficult to breath).

Before taking ASTHAKIND P DROPS, inform your doctor if you have or have ever had a stomach ulcer, pre-existing ischaemic heart disease or those patients with significant risk factors for ischaemic heart disease, thyrotoxicosis (condition in which you have too much thyroid hormone in your body), diabetes mellitus or hypertension.

ASTHAKIND P DROPS should be used with caution in pregnant and breastfeeding women, and elderly patients. ASTHAKIND P DROPS is recommended in children to relive symptoms after calculating the correct dose according to their weight and body mass. The common side effects of ASTHAKIND P DROPS are tremor (shaky hands), headache, tachycardia (heat beats faster), palpitations (feeling aware of your heartbeat), muscle spasms and hypokalaemia (low plasma potassium levels). Consult your doctor immediately if you feel any of these side effects.

Sumo L DS Suspension 60 ml belongs to the group of medicines called analgesics (pain killers), and antipyretics (fever-reducing agents) used to reduce fever and treat mild to moderate pain. Also, it is used to relieve headache, migraine, toothache, period pain, back pain, muscle pain and rheumatic pains. Pain and fever are caused by the activation of pain receptors due to the release of certain natural chemicals in the body like prostaglandin. 

Sumo L DS Suspension 60 ml works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain known as prostaglandins. Thus, reduces pain. Also, Sumo L DS Suspension 60 ml affects an area of the brain that regulates body temperature known as the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre. Thereby, it reduces fever.

Take Sumo L DS Suspension 60 ml as advised by your physician. Your doctor will recommend how often you need to take Sumo L DS Suspension 60 ml based on your medical condition. In some cases, Sumo L DS Suspension 60 ml may cause side effects such as nausea, stomach pain and dark coloured urine. Most of these side effects of Sumo L DS Suspension 60 ml do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Nor M Suspension is an antibiotic, having metronidazole and norfloxacin as its active ingredients. Both these medicines damage the DNA of the infection-causing bacteria, thus killing it by stopping its growth. This prevents the infection from spreading without making the bacteria resistant to further treatment

Decolic Oral Suspension 50 ml is an 'antispasmodic' (spasm and cramps reliever) agent containing Dicyclomine and Simethicone, primarily used for reducing stomach pain due to spasms, cramps and bloating. Abdominal spasms are the acute condition in which the abdominal muscles (abs), intestine and stomach contracts severely. Stomach spasms can be caused due to muscle strain, dehydration, stomach gas formation, inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, gastritis (stomach inflammation), pregnancy, constipation or other gastrointestinal infection.

Decolic Oral Suspension 50 ml is a combination drug containing Dicyclomine and  Simethicone, primarily taken to relieve period pain, spasmodic abdominal pain, bloating, and general pain-related discomfort of the lower abdomen. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic agent that reduces spasms and pain by relaxing the muscles and blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for causing the sensation of pain. On the other hand, Simethicone is an anti-foaming agent that treats bloating and releases stomach gas more efficiently. Together Decolic Oral Suspension 50 ml helps reduce muscle contractions and pain by acting on the intestine's inner lining, allowing gas bubbles to come together, relieving cramps and spasms.

Decolic Oral Suspension 50 ml should only be if your doctor has prescribed you. It can be taken with or without food but at a fixed time for the best results. The course of Decolic Oral Suspension 50 ml course should be completed as your doctor prescribes for better results. Some common side effects of Decolic Oral Suspension 50 ml are dryness in the mouth, dizziness, weakness, nervousness, sleepiness, and nausea. Decolic Oral Suspension 50 ml is pregnancy category B medicines, so its use in pregnant and nursing mothers is safe if prescribed by a doctor.
