Dry Block Temperature Calibrators are required to check the sensing accuracy of thermocouples and RTD sensors. Temperature Calibrators are required to calibrate the temperature gauges and monitors and reliable thermocouples are required to measure correct temperatures in industrial applications.


High-grade pure materials like ceramic, platinum-rhodium, chromel-alumel and inconel are used in our thermocouples. Likewise high stability microprocessors are used in our Digital Calibrators. All the temperature sensors and calibration standards are traceable to the National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi.

 

The critical raw material like thermocouple wires, sheathing and other materials are sourced from the world best possible sources. This ensures the guarantee of the final product.

"Vaiseshika" Portable Temperature Indicator and Calibrator Type 7708 has been designed to meet the industrial calibration requirements and temperature measurement needs at a very very low cost. The instrument is compact, rugged and portable. It can accept J, K, S, R and T type of thermocouples for the purposes of temperature measurement and calibration. The user should keep in mind that one unit of this instrument is suitable for only one type of thermocouple. The choice of the thermocouple can be indicated by the industrial user at the time of placing the order.

 

The instrument provides the facilities of TH. input and TH. output for thermo-e.m.f. simulation for the calibration needs. A calibrated potential source provides an output signal of 0 mV to 100 mV at TH. output terminals and the corresponding degree Celsius are displayed in the digital display system. The instrument is having a resolution of 1ºC. Likewise the thermocouple from a furnace can be connected to the instrument at TH. input terminals and direct temperature can be measured on the instrument.

Digital Thermocouple Test Set and Calibrator type 7709 EP is an Eprom (Erasable Programmable Read-only-Memory) based design. The instrument can accept J, K, S, R and T type of thermocouples in the same equipment. The instrument is ideal to measure temperatures with J, K, S, R and T type of thermocouples as well as for the calibration of temperature indicators employing J, K, S, R and T type of thermocouples. excellent liberalization of the order of 1ºC is attained over the complete range of thermocouple viz. 4 Digits Digital Thermocouple Test Set and Calibrator is a versatile equipment in the area of thermal engineering. The instrument is ideal to calibrate temperature gauges, potentiometric recorders, platinum resistance thermometers, temperature controllers and recorders. The instrument can also be used as a thermocouple simulator. A calibrated stable potential source, continuous variable from 0 to ± 100 mV, is provided with the test set. The potential variation can be done with a resolution of 1ºC. Similarly temperature sensed by a thermocouple in a furnace can be monitored with Digital Read Out Display in this instrument. A standard Wheatstone bridge is also provided with the test set. The resistance ranging from 0.1 ohm to 1K ohm can be measured and simulated with an accuracy of ± 0.1%.
