Ltd is a sister concern of Vijay Group of companies which was established in 1984 at Salem and is a leading Industrial machinery supplier with customers through out Tamilnadu. Our multi faceted activities include Hire purchase, Exports, Herbal extraction, Modern real estate , Construction of commercial Malls, Laying of Four lane Roads on National Highways & Railway contracts. We are also proud to be an ISO-2001 company.

The goal of Varma Constructions is to become a Public Limited Company with multiple activities like setting up of SEZ for IT Park, Entering the Tourism Sector, Construction of Commercial Malls and Development of a Hyper city. The Board of Directors consists of Smt.Malarvizhi – Managing Director, R.Vijay Varman – Director and Mr.Ravi Varma - the CEO of the company. Our continuous Efforts, Honesty and Transparency has paved the way for our new venture of a 9 acre Satellite Township with Modernized Houses located in the foothills of the Yercau d with construction area of 1,50,000 sqft and Business Turnover of RS. 25 crores. This new venture has established a valid reputation among our NRI customers and also people of Salem district.

As a part of its goal, Varma Constructions Pvt. Ltd has undertaken 2 New Projects. The development of 2 way lane ECR Road & The Salem – Virudhachalam Railway Gauge conversion work. Both have been successfully completed & the company has undertaken the third project for laying of 4 way lane-NH from Salem to Coimbatore worth Rs. 20 crores.

Ltd has purchased 50 acres of land to develop yet another Township/ Gated community. Varma Constructions has also proposed to construct a commercial mall in the heart of Salem city very close to Salem Railway Station.
