• Ankylosing spondylitis: 5 mg/kg at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 6 weeks.
• Psoriatic arthritis: 5 mg/kg at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 8 weeks.
• Plaque psoriasis: 5 mg/kg at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 8 weeks.
• Crohn's disease (adult): 5 mg/kg at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 8 weeks.
• Crohn's disease (pediatric): 5 mg/kg at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 8 weeks.
• Ulcerative colitis (adult): 5 mg/kg at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 8 weeks.
• Ulcerative colitis (pediatric): 5 mg/kg at 0, 2, and 6 weeks, then every 8 weeks.

Common side effects include:

• Infusion-related reactions (fever, chills, itching, rash)
• Upper respiratory infections
• Headache
• Abdominal pain
• Nausea
• Sinusitis

Serious side effects may include:

• Severe infections (e.g., tuberculosis, sepsis)
• Hepatitis B reactivation
• Heart failure

• Autoimmune reactions (e.g., lupus-like syndrome)

• Known hypersensitivity to infliximab, murine proteins, or any of its excipients.
• Moderate to severe heart failure.
• Use with caution in patients with chronic infections, a history of recurrent infections, or underlying conditions that may predispose them to infections.
• Screen for latent tuberculosis before initiating treatment; treat latent tuberculosis prior to starting infliximab.
• Monitor for signs of infection during and after treatment.

• Live vaccines: Concurrent administration with live vaccines is not recommended due to increased risk of infections.
• Immunosuppressants: Caution with concurrent use of other immunosuppressive agents, as it may increase the risk of infections.

• Pregnancy: Classified as Category B. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Infliximab should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed.
• Breastfeeding: Infliximab is excreted in human milk in low concentrations. The effects on the nursing infant are unknown. A decision should be made whether to discontinue breastfeeding or discontinue the drug.
• Pediatric Use: Safety and efficacy for pediatric Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis have been established, but not for other conditions.
• Elderly Patients: Use with caution in elderly patients, who may be more susceptible to infections.

Rucaparib is an oral medication used in cancer treatment, particularly for ovarian cancer and other cancers associated with BRCA mutations. It belongs to a class of drugs known as PARP inhibitors.

Rucaparib tablets are indicated for:

• Treatment of adult patients with deleterious BRCA mutation (germline and/or somatic) associated advanced ovarian cancer who have been treated with two or more chemotherapies.
• Maintenance treatment of adult patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are in a complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy.

Rucaparib inhibits the enzyme poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). PARP is involved in DNA repair, and by inhibiting this enzyme, rucaparib prevents cancer cells from repairing their DNA, leading to cell death, especially in cancer cells with BRCA mutations that already have compromised DNA repair mechanisms.

• The recommended dose of rucaparib is 600 mg (two 300 mg tablets) taken orally twice daily, with or without food.
• Treatment should continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.

• Rucaparib is primarily metabolized by the enzyme CYP2D6 and inhibits several cytochrome P450 enzymes (including CYP1A2, CYP2C19, and CYP3A4). • Hepatic Impairment: No dose adjustment is necessary for patients with mild hepatic impairment. The pharmacokinetics in patients with moderate to severe hepatic impairment have not been studied.
