To ensure flexibility, the individual copper strands are drawn on high-tech multi-wire drawing and then on line-annealing machine with bright and smooth copper surface. Later on they are bunched together with minimum resistance. Our individual cores are insulated with 'FR' grade PVC and carefully twisted together to ensure tough mechanical properties.

Our pure electrolytic tough pitch copper conductor is insulated with special imported polyethylene foaming compound that is injected with nitrogen gas, which is better than chemical foam. Along with this, the secondary conductor is manufactured using poly - aluminum tape that is bounded with satisfactory overlap on dielectric. The high tensile strength 2nd shield is made of aluminum braiding and has more than 60% coverage. Further, the outer jacket is insulated with FR PVC.

We offer Armoured Cables, which has three layers that provide complete protection. The innermost core of the cable is multi-strand and every core is individually sheathed from each other. Our range comes with two, three and four strands to meet the requirement of electrical applications. The overall plastic sheath combines these individual strands into single unit. In addition, the cables are covered by protective wire armour and its outer sheath is insulated with PVC in order to hold it properly.
