Our Infrastructure

User Data Security: Dedicated folders on file server. The access to these folders is dependent on the access privileges given to each individual user. All system files/directories are write protected from users. Backup for this server is taken on a daily basis. The floppy drives at each of the user are disabled. No default administration access is allowed to TSRs and no access provided to users for modifying BIOS.
Voice Infrastructure: Customized Predictive Dialer with Full Time Recording, Quality Monitoring, Digital noise cancellation headsets for the Agent.
Data Infrastructure: Trained Staff, Complete Data Backup and Complete Power Backup.

We have floor space of 3000 Sq ft of area housing, 50 workstations, 3 Manager Cabins, Training room, Data Center and Cafeteria.

Vishwasuja as a firm has started its call center operations in September 2010 with a workstation capacity of 7 and has shown continuous growth over a year. Currently it is operating at the capacity of 50 workstations.
