The year 2008 with the Internet Service Provider and Internet Telephony Service Provider licenses we started our operations in Chennai offering plain vanilla VoIP services to our customers. Quality of VoIP service is highly dependent on the quality of the internet we started offering internet leased line services to corporate customers through our Managed Colocation servers and it was a huge success where customers did not have to work with several service providers for voice and data, VIVA was the single point of contact and owned the communication SLAs of the customers.
