Fabrication Of Body Frame:

• The Frame Is Fabricated From Steel Plates With Rubbings. Age Netural Axis Of The Fap Cross Section Is Located So As To Give A Balanced Distribution Of Stresses Over The Cross- Section And L0 Gap Deflection.

Eccentric Shaft & Bearings:

• Eccentric Shaft Is From Normalized Meduim Carbon Steel Bar Stock. It Has Been Ground Finished On Bearing Surface. The Bearing Bush Ibrassi Are Scraped To Fit For Correct Lubricating Grooves In The Bearing Maintain An Adequate Spread Of The Lubricating Oil.

Brakes & Ram Side:

• Spring Operated Powerful Heavy Duty Brakes. It Is Operated By Brake Wheel. Ram Slide Machined Heavy Duty “V” Type “L” Type Sliding Made From Seasonal High Grade Casting.

Clutch (ROLLING Key–Clutch):

• Rolling Key Clutch Which Has Been Developed After Years Of Experience And Is Made Of Special Alloys Steel Bar & Clutch Ring & Clutch Key Material Heat Treated To Provide Long Trouble Free Service.

Stroke Adjustment:

• Variable Stroke & Fixed Type Stroke Can Be Fitted With Rolling Key Type Clutch Only. Which Has Been Developed After Years Of Experience. Variable Stroke Features Enable The Press To Meet All King Of Operation By Employing Soft Stroke For Blanking And Forming Operations.

• Rigid Frame is fabricated from steel plates with interlocked design. The interlocked construction of frame supports the ram and bed against any unexpected deflection under permissible loading condition.

• Ram & Bed are made out of steel plates in suitable thickness. They are fully machined for straightness and parallelism and their upper surface is ground to keep the die in correct alignment.

• Two individual gear drives transmit the power to the Ram generating uniform load distribution through out the length. Gears & Pinions are made out of high quality alloy steel. The gear system provides appropriate speed to balance the transmission of torque on the eccentrics.
