Carbon fiber is a special fiber with carbon content above 95% which based as PAN produced through per-oxidation,carbonization and graphitization. It's density is less than 1/4 of steel while strength is 20 times if steel.It not only has characteristics of carbon material but also has work ability,flexibility of textile fibers.

Some commonly used types of weave are twill, plain and satin. Compared with traditional material, carbon fiber fabric has many advantages such as high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion.
