Instructions to prepare Kashaya and drink

Way2Foods - Spices Combo contains Turmeric, Pepper, Cumin (Jeera), Dry Ginger, Cloves (Lavanga)-Cinnamon (Chakke), Jesthamadhu, Hippali and Jaggery. Kashaya made out of these crops will be immune booster and it will be helpful to fight against viral infections and other health issues. For preparation of Kashaya, one has to follow the below steps:

a)      Take equal parts of these spices and make a coarse powder,

b)      Take 5 grams of the powder (1 teaspoon), add 60ml of water    & boil until it reduces to halfi.e.,30ml and finally filter it,

c)       Mix jaggery powder available in the pack based on your comfort and drink it.

Dosage and use: One has to use freshly prepared Kashaya twice a day. It will be antioxidant, immune modulatory, improves digestion, immune booster andanti-allergic.
