Jardiance is a prescription medicine used along with diet and exercise to lower blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes

Jardiance is not for people with type 1 diabetes.

Jardiance is not for people with diabetic ketoacidosis (increased ketones in the blood or urine)

It is not known if Jardiance is safe and effective for children under 18 years of age

• Tenglyn 20 mg tablet is used as a monotherapy, in addition to diet and exercise, to reduce high blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
• Tenglyn 20 mg tablet is an anti-diabetic drug that belongs to a class of medications called as dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors. It works by decreasing the blood glucose levels thereby controlling diabetes
• Constipation, Dry skin, Itching, Eczema, Fatigue, Increased uric acid level in blood, Running nose, Stomach ulcer, Intestinal ulcer

Call your doctor at once if you have:

• Severe or ongoing pain in your joints

• Severe skin reaction - fever, sore throat, swelling in your face or tongue, burning in your eyes, skin pain, followed by a red or purple skin rash that spreads (especially in the face or upper body) and causes blistering and peeling

Common Tradjenta side effects may include:

• Runny or stuffy nose, sore throat

• Cough

• Diarrhea

• Addition of gemigliptin 50 mg daily to metformin was shown to be efficacious, well tolerated and non-inferior to sitagliptin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

• Initial Dose: 0.6 mg subcutaneously once a day for 1 week; this dose is intended to reduce gastrointestinal symptoms and is not an effective dose for glycemic control
• Maintenance dose: Inject 1.2 mg subcutaneously once a day; if acceptable glycemic control is not achieved, may increase to 1.8 mg subcutaneously once a day
• Maximum Dose: 1.8 mg once a day

• It is used to treat GI (gastrointestinal) ulcers
• In surgery, it is used to lower secretions such as saliva
• Glycopyrrolate lowers acid secretion in the stomach
• It lowers secretions
• Glycopyrrolate inhibits the action of acetylcholine on structures innervated by postganglionic cholinergic nerves and on smooth muscles that respond to acetylcholine but lack cholinergic innervation

• Sulisent 100 mg tablet belongs to a class of medication called sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors. It acts on the kidney and removes excess glucose from blood through urination, thus reducing glucose in the blood
