We at XL Recruiters believe that time spend on hiring is time well spent. Thus each of our search steps involves detailed planning and brainstorming.
Understanding of the client’s requirement is the first step in developing a search strategy. In order to develop a strategy, we understand the market, competitors, structure, growth prospects and the organization’s business activities. Once we’ve developed a position profile, we refine our search strategy, including target sectors and companies. Keeping in mind the needs of our clients, we develop a search strategy to effective target desired candidates.
We develop a target list of appropriate industries and thereby we utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list.
Our evaluation process involves assessing the potential candidates through telephone interviews and personal meetings. Qualified candidates then undergo a reference check. Our associates prepare a confidential candidate assessment report which is then presented to the client for their review.
