Self Contained Mobile Devices
Given that it is a web-based platform, eQCM is accessible via the web on a desktop and laptop. Users on a tablet or mobile device can access their eQCM notifications. Additional capabilities on the tablet and mobile devices may be developed as per SCC’s requirements.
Work Flow Automation
The workflow engine presents individual tasks (i.e. steps in workflow) to the applicable user(s) as these become due. The user can at any time see the tasks completed, the tasks that are ahead, and other information. The system alerts nominated users, and/or managers if any tasks are overdue for completion. Reports can also be utilised to highlight overdue tasks.
Supplier Relationship Management (external assessors, technical experts, team leads, inspectors)
A supplier module exists within eQCM and allows organizations to define, classify and manage suppliers within the system. The contact information and other evaluation data can be provided with the supplier. Workflows utilizing supplier information can be built.
Resource Management and Allocation (internal and external)
Activities and tasks planning and assignment can be done automatically based on business process template configuration or ad-hoc by users.
Business Planning and Forecasting
eQCM allows setting up Action plans and resource allocation, management of the project action plans and real time tracking and reassignments by supervisors through their email systems.
