With over 12 years of diverse industry experience across Healthcare, IT-ITES, BPO, Pharma, Banking, Infrastructure development, Manufacturing, Telecom, Insurance, Dairy and many more. This includes Team building, Management Development, Organisation Development, Performance consulting and Competency mapping related assignments. She has been involved with building cultures of learning and has led organisations through change initiatives. Her last assignment was as the L&D Lead at a leading Ferro Alloys manufacturing company
She has been responsible largely for conceptualising, designing, developing, facilitating and evaluating interventions towards building and developing competencies for managers and leaders, in both, the experiential learning as well as classroom learning domains.
She is a Certified TVET Trainer and Assessor from International Training and Assessment courses, REACH for Training, Australia; Certified Extended DISC Administrator (CEDA) from Extended DISC International; CLDM program, from Middle Earth HR - Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI); NLP Master Practitioner, trained under and certified by Dr. Richard McHugh; and Certified NLP Practitioner from NFNLP, Florida.
Passionate about Training, she enjoys the frequent travel associated with it that provides her with the opportunity to explore new places, meet people from diverse cultures and learn new things on the way.... to keep the learning cycle going!
