Yogi Prof. Lal has had the privilege of visiting several countries for conducting yoga seminars like Germany, England, Italy, Sweden, Canada, America, Singapore and Middle East countries in the past 40 years and recently once again he was invited by the Selam Spa, World Class Gym and Sukha Yoga of Sweden to conduct special yoga courses for their yoga teachers and physical instructors.

He stayed  in Europe from 1968-1970, spreading yoga quite extensively. After coming back from Europe in 1970 he has been helping the suffering masses at innumerable organizations.

He has been conducting yoga courses v/s common health problems on Indian National T.V, Home T.V, ZDF T.V. ( West Germany), Channel 4 Japanese T.V. and Singapore T.V. These yoga courses on T.V have been highly adored by millions of viewers and the critics alike. Even presently DD Sports is showing his Yog Sukh Sagar Program thrice a week between 7:30 - 8:00 and Sanskar T.V. Channel is showing his yoga program from Monday to Friday at 6:40 pm to 7:00 pm.

Considering his long standing experience in the field of yoga therapy the Ministry of Health, Delhi Govt. has appointed Yogi Prof. Lal as one of the executive body members in the state advisory board of yoga and Indian System of Medicine.

The Ministry of Health, Ayush Deptt, Govt of India has also appointed him as one of the members of the standing finance committee for central council of yoga and naturopathy, New Delhi.

• National Accreditation board of hospitals and healthcare, quality council of India has also appointed him as one of the advisory board members, technical committee to lay guidelines for accreditation of yoga and naturopathy hospitals in India.

• He introduced yoga in Delhi Police Schools and conducting regular classes for 5 years at Delhi Police Training Schools, New Delhi and was awarded 1st class commendation certificate of then inspector general of Delhi Police and then State Home Minister of India, Shri R.N Mirdha, graced Yogi Prof Lal with that honour. He also introduced yoga to IIT, Hauz Khas, New Delhi as well as at C.G.H.H.S dispensaries in New Delhi for the first time in India.
• He has also conducted Yoga Courses for more than 60,000  foreign tourists, organized by the tourist aids bureau of Delhi and various other prestigious institutions, involved in organizing international congresses.
• He has also had the privilege of conducting a national yoga seminar in Singapore for the yoga teachers of Singapore in the year 1984 and another yoga teacher training seminar and workshop for the federation of Yoga Teachers of Holland in 1990, to update their knowledge of the subject.
• Lectured and demonstrated on various aspects of Yoga at the weekly meetings of various rotary clubs and several educational institutions in Delhi.
• Yogi Prof. Lal had a rare privilege of helping very senior captains, pilots and crew members of various international airlines like SAS, British Airways, Pan AM, Lufthansa etc. at the heath clubs of Maurya Sheraton, Oberoi International and Taj Group of Hotels.
