t is 180 sq. ft. well furnished. The color of operation theater is snow white. All surgical pre-operative, post-operative and operative equipments are available in operation theater. Qualified anesthetist gives spinal or general or suitable anesthesia for patient. Anesthesia for this operation is only for 15-20 minutes. After operation patient shifted in recovery room and then in special or general ward for six hours. After operation of piles, fistula and fissure patient will get discharge after 4-5 hours. He should do his daily work from next.

General Ward consists of 300 sq. ft. There are 8 bed occupancies. T.V, Telephone facilities are available. There are two nurse for general ward. Hospital gives 24 hours service for general ward also

We use medicated thread “Ksharsutra” formulated by us only for treatment of piles, fistula, and fissure only. Only one setting is sufficient for piles. Patient cure within 3-4 days only, but for fistula it depends on the track of the fistula. Every week we call patients for thread-change. Every week the average cutting range is one cm. only. Until thread passes through track, we call patients for thread-change.

In this treatment patient should kept NBM for 6 to 8 hours. Patients should anaesthetized by general or spinal or local. Give lithotomic position for operative. First insert jelly on index finger then do dilatation of  . After stretching apply sponge holders & hold the external surface of the anus. Then take a guaze specie into sponge holder deep into the  . Then withdraw the sponge holder towards you. Automatically piles will come into the  region. Then catch the piles by pile holder. Insert the curve needle along with linen thread no.40 at the pile base. Transfix the ball like structure and ligate it by 3 knots. Apply Ksharsutra on it. Then excise the ball like structure by scissor. In this manner do the same thing for another piles.

Dispensing Room is 50 sq. ft. It contains all herbal medicines. We are giving medicine from our hospital. Some medicines are not available in market so for patients convenience we are giving this facility.

It is 200 sq. ft. contains 50 sq. ft. for bathtub for sudation. There is one table for Snehan ( Massage from medicated oil). There is another system for Swedan (Sudation). There are four massage therapist for the patient’s of Paralysis, Psoriasis, Asthma & for Panchakarma treatment. For male patients there are separate two male massage therapist and for female patients there are separate two female massage therapist. Vaman, Virechan, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshan, Shirodhara, Pizchil, Janubasti, Katibasti, Hrudbasti, Mukhalepa etc. are the facilities provide by hospital
